Weight/Cardio Training

Working efficiently to target specific muscle groups while minimal rest in between. This is curtailed to each person's specific needs. Always keeping things new and fresh as not to allow the mind to get bored and checked out. My style is a mixture of many things, old fashioned weight training, cross fit, yoga, Pilates and Tabata. I'm very creative in my approach.

Menopause Workouts

The fist place women lose muscle in is our glutes/hips and legs. This is also the area that can keep women living longer, if kept strong and mobile. I create fresh moves that not only build this area well but also help aid in flexibility and mobility. I also target the core which also can begin to weaken with age and the legs and core are linked, so this is an area I target as a trainer in menopause and my clients that are as well.

Nutrition

As a licensed nutrition coach, I offer detailed meal plans that fit into your life and make sense. I'm not about extremes of any kind, so my motto is "everything in moderation". Creating sustainable meals is what it's all about.

Group Training

Always fun and exciting. I love training groups and I find people will naturally push each other while laughing the entire time. I modify as needed for some clients, so everyone in the group gets a good workout while being at different levels of fitness.

Zoom Training

Can you believe this is a real art form. Most people can't believe they can get a great workout while on a computer screen, but this is how I actually created most of my workouts. You just need a small room a screen a mat and a set of dumbbells and we can ROCK IT!!!!! Simplicity at it's best.
