Meet Alison

Fitness Instructor

As a 50-year-old mother of a 7-year-old boy, I am very familiar with body changes and the struggles to keep it all together. I also know what it’s like to be burnt out at work. Prior to the pandemic, I was in corporate finance, where I was unhappy and unhealthy. So during the pandemic, I turned my passion for fitness and helping others into becoming an ISSA certified trainer. My first training sessions were on Zoom only.

Now I own a gym in Los Angeles where I train classes and private clients in person too. I’m in the best shape of my life and I’m feeling energetically balanced again. Now I want to help you. I know from experience that it’s hard to fit in fitness among deadlines, meetings, and a long list of to-dos. I specialize in a 45-minute cardio/weight lunch Zoom class. I can help you look and feel better about all of it, because I did it!
